• Negotiation: provide guidance and assistance to parties with the aim of reaching mutually beneficial opportunities.

• Mediation: be a go-between, utilizing a neutral third-party approach to facilitate communication and promote resolution.

• Mentoring: designing and developing mentorship programs for individuals and groups involved in conflict.

• Leadership: enbale leadership development programs that are tailored to the needs of leaders in various settings, including private entities, international organizations, and communities.
