• Leadership: enbale leadership development programs that are tailored to the needs of leaders in various settings, including private entities, international organizations, and communities.
• Research: provide in-depth research for informed analysis and recommendations.
• Analysis: analyst services, providing clients with a comprehensive understanding of their situation and potential solutions.
• Handbooks: designing and developing handbooks and other resource materials on conflict resolution and peacebuilding.
• Leadership development: provision of leadership development programs that are tailored to the needs of individuals or groups in various contexts.
• Scenario-Planning: table-top or real-world offers scenario-planning services and simulations, helping customers to prepare for potential conflict situations and plan for effective responses.
• Security & Stability: security and stability services in conflict and post-conflict situations, helping clients to anticipate, to mitigate potential risks and threats and to prepare appropriate responses.
• Crisis diplomacy: we offer training on crisis diplomacy, including early warning and early response.
• Negotiation: trainings and workshops on negotiation skills to reach better agreements.
• Mediation: problem-centered/people-enabling workshops on mediation skills for individuals and groups involved in conflict.
• Dialogue and Deliberation: trainings on dialogue and deliberation skills, helping individuals and groups to engage in constructive communication and build mutual understanding.
• Restorative Justice: addressing the root causes of conflict and fostering healing and promote long-term resolution.
• Peace education and journalism: we provide and contribute training on peace education and peace journalism with the aim of promoting a culture of peace and nonviolence.
• Leadership development: we enable leaders fo foster an inclusive, diverse and equitable environment, that protects, nurtures and elevates employees.
• Diversity & Inclusion: promoting understanding and respect across different cultures and backgrounds.
• Emotional and cultural Intelligence: helping individuals and groups to navigate cultural differences and emotional triggers in conflict situations.
• Project Management: we assist and provide to trainings on project management skills, helping individuals and groups to plan and implement effective conflict resolution projects.
• HEAT: with select partners, we offer Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) for individuals and groups operating in conflict and post-conflict situations, providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to operate safely and effectively in high-risk environments.
